How we write

Evidence First, and We Say When It Is Thin

Most sea moss content online repeats the same handful of claims without checking any of them. We do not repeat the “92 of the body’s 102 minerals” line, because it traces back to a misreading. We do not present sea moss as a treatment for anything.

Where the research is genuinely supportive we say so. Where it is thin, preliminary or done in a test tube rather than a person, we say that too — even when a stronger claim would sell more.
